1.2. We aim to process and ship orders within 7 business days after the order is placed. All items are made by hand in Tokyo, Japan. Depending on availability, it could take up to 4 weeks for the item(s) to be made and sent to you. You will receive an email once the item(s) have been shipped.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before payment. We currently offer free standard shipping and express shipping for a flat rate of 10.00€.
